To install:

 

1) Download the file

 

2) "extract here" with Winrar (free at rarlab.com)

 

3) place the Harbor City 4.6.1 folder in your mods folder

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\WizardWorks\911 - First Responders\Mods
 
OR
 

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\Mods

 

4) ensure you do not have another Harbor City 4.6.1 folder within the Harbor City 4.6.1 folder

 

To clarify: Permission has been granted to us to use all models and all 3rd party created content in this mod. All additional modding is property of Blackout. If you wish to use any of the content in the mod for you own, personal, private use you may do so. If you are going to modify this mod in any way and release it to anyone you must ask permission before doing so. 

 

New features in 4.6.1 include:
 
- Fire alarms for many buildings
- Updated Ladder 7, Latter 1, Ladder 4 Engine 7
- Back to the old skins for HCPD
- new light updates for many units: Medics 1, 3, 4, 6, EMS Supervisor, Rescue 2, PD Supervisor
- Script fixes
- Fixed map glitches and errors 
- MCU now parks when Rescue 6 used to 
- Rescue 6 has been removed
 
 
New features in 4.5.2 include:
 
- Full functioning water supply script including water hook ups for the engines and ladders, as well as a pump for engines
- Police command vehicle
- Squad 3 has mad a come back
- Patrols 2-6 have a "to district" command
- Tons of new map work, including a new airport
- Two tow truck parking spots in each district
- Fire command vehicles now have a parking spot in each district
- EMS supervisor has a parking spot at the hospital
- crane and marine units have a to station script
- edited sirens
- new "haztech" Firefighers, these FF's can fight fires and not be contaminated by hazmat clouds

This mod is based off of LA 2.1 and has been modded for multiplayer compatibility.


This release is for personal use only. This means you can play singleplayer or multiplayer with your friends if you'd like but you are not allowed to use any of the Squad 55 content for your public modification. The map is a modded version of the default multiplayer map, with 3 Individual districts (East, West, South). Each district is typically managed by 1 player, and the 4th player runs EMS for the city

or in games with police, each district runs their own EMS.



Features Include:
- Working Hospital (with helipad)
- Working Police Station (prisoner transfer and 8 parking spots)
- 7 Working Fire/EMS Stations (complete with to base function, and staff room for personnel when not on calls)
- Additional calls & customized call volumes
- New Engine, Patrol cars, and ambulance models
- Every unit has their own skin, so you can tell Medic 1, from Medic 4 etc.
- Brand new LED lighting for every unit
- Units drive traffic speed when not responding to a call (flashing lights not active)
- Modified map texture, including street names
- Modified building layout (removed lots of wooded areas and added more structures)
- Customized water flow rates for added realism
- Installer for easy, almost fool proof install
- Actively releasing new patches to keep the game fun and functional
- New MVC's
- New skins for firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, hazmat personnel, EMS supervisor, Battalion chief, stretcher teams, stretcher

Looks very good but how are you going to fit 8 total stations on the map. In my mind that would not leave much room for other stuff? And what is with the airplane crash? is it like a new freeplay event or just something you made in edditor?

3 districts, each district has 2-3 Stations, The best i can give you is a District map, the stations are not highlighted on it, but you can kind of get the idea of it :)

And with the plane crash, its one of the major calls we will once in a blue moon get in multiplayer freeplay, most are lucky to see it, but it does happen a few times a week

Nope, as of 3.0 it can now be played Freeplay Single Player also. The map is identical and works the same as in Multiplayer.

There are 7 fire stations with 3 units at each. Given the amount of calls that come and the equipment on each units all of those units are needed on the map. The stations are relatively small and they even catch on fire too sometimes, so it doesn't take away from gameplay.

Our member trocks added in the plane crash, and I don't know if there was a more "broken" model for us to use. But it is a fun, functional call regardless

As far as it being released to the public it is unlikely, and it will work for any version of EM4

Just so you don't get into copyright trouble,the charger model you credit ausavin26 for is nnico's from the ccc mod and only skinned by the latter.

I like the World War2 D-Day beach head street theme on the map.

I am afraid i won't play it but it is still a very impressive mod.

if you can play at least 1 time a week then you meet the requirment but its awesome if people can get multiple games in and the members are awesome here!
