What the hell is going on in Middle East ?

Hey there !

As I wrote there What the hell's exactly going on Middle East ? As we see on the news, countries are preparing for a war. but What kinda war ?

An invasion, A military intervention or a convensional strike ? There's a civil war in Syria people kill each other. Iran is continuing his nuclear program with a full speed. Are they just doing this for produce power ? Or will they make a nuclear misile to strike Israel ? Why they are on alert at their borders ? Why syria deployed it's SCUD misiles with HE (maybe chemical) warheads to it's border with both Turkey and Israel ? Why my country (Turkey) built-up it's military to the both borders; Syria and Iran (It's true).

Russia sent warplanes to syria. Then they saw USS Abraham Lincoln (nuclear powered aircraft carrier) with escort of Israeli and Turkish frigates. The US created the most powerful conventional bomb ever a week ago called "Massive Ordnance Penetrator (GBU-57)"

Some countries like Turkey and Israel are doing military exercises in their borders. Israel deployed more F-16I warplanes to his border. Turkey strengthened his build-up with sending 90 Leopard 2A4NG tanks to his border with syria. America is planning to deploy (22.000 US Marines) more troops to Jordan,Saudi Arabia and Oman. After Turkey, Israel changed it's military engagement rules too.

I think that Irak will attack Iran in some near future and then all hell will brake loose,i just hope that doesnt happen because of the things that happend 20 years ago in ex-yugoslavia countries (Bosnia- Srebrenica, Croatia-Vukovar) and that was also done because of the international community and them acting like nothing is happening and that everything will be, and is- fine. Well it wasnt and it wont be if they dont do something.

Nobody in the world would be safe if they were allowed to develop and deploy such weapons...think 911 but a million times worse.It's not just Iran,but North Korea and also Pakistan that are worrysome to world peace.

The time has come to unarm these rouge power hungry nations by force as UN attempts at monitoring and sanctions always end in failure and victories for these nations.

If this invasion or strike does happen the only thing that will escalate things is what China or Russia does.If they get involved WW3 is inevitable, if not it will be another ass kicking and drawn out occupation of Iran.

yes. agreed. As Goog said; there is another conflict between S. Korea and the north. In my opinion It's time for an intervention for these countries; Iran,North Korea,Syria and Pakistan maybe. I'n a Turk, I live in that damn region, I'm not a war freak but it's time to do something. We (Turkey,Israel,South Korea and US maybe [simply the whole NATO wish to intervene them. But China and Russia always vetoes if this case is in the UN approval.

Yes. But the problem is; they're not understanding the situation (hostile acting countries). I heard that Iran executed 2 CIA agents. And everybody knows who gives the logistic support to al-queada. I think Uncle Sam should knock their door.

If I could clear some things up: Irak is spelled I-R-A-Q. Al-queada is spelled A-L Q-A-E-D-A. Izrael is spelled I-S-R-A-E-L. Now on to the topic at hand.

Iran's capable of pushing that button if they had the tech. Religious fanatics don't care about retribution. North Korea's got a new leader who still is testing his power. They ARE nuclear-capable, but they're far smarter than Iran and would only push the button in dire circumstances. Israel.....well, Israel is Israel. They're too small to do anything on their own. However, being the puppet state that they basically are, it's likely that war with Iran is coming, with U.S. backup for Israel. That'd be some messed-up shit, cause Iran would get help from Hezbollah, and maybe other terrorist organizations. It'd be a big shitfuck, with no real winner coming out of it.

IMO, Syria, if NATO and the UN approved helping the Syrian rebels (which in itself is a difficult task, as al queada has snuck its way into the area). If the rebels win in overthrowing the regime, without western help, they'll prolly hate us for it, which is never a good thing. I don't see how we can invade Iraq for "Operation Free-Fuel" but can't help rebels against a regime that kills its own people and lies to the UN. I think we should let North Korea try and fail as much as they like, I seriously doubt they have nuclear weapons, and if they do, a easy way to deploy them, as they fail in missiles apparently. Iran 99% does not have a nuclear weapon, it's the pentagon fear-mongering as they did with Iraq, THEY HAVE WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION AHHHHH, and it turns out they didn't. IMO if Iran does infact get a Nuclear weapon, it will keep a all out war from occuring, because Israel will back down, and Iran will be taken a little more seriously.

Syria we have justification, and a GOOD reason to. Iran will cost many thousands of lives, and not be worth it. A war of diplomacy is what should, and has been waged with Iran. And Syria we have done the same, but is has not been nearly as effective.

Yes, Unfortunately that's the strategy of NATO nowadays. If the result with military intervention was fateful; we, you or they (it doesn't matter) will intervene Syria. Or We will have to watch the end of a nation from CNN

I would love to nuke USA just because i dont like them,but thats not the way. You cant kill millions of people just because they have stupid leaders that even dont think about their people.Arabian spring is showing that whenevr you get one dictator down another one emerges or things just go down. IF WWIII happens (which it never will, it's already started, and it'll start deep within the west, not the middle east, the only countries with enough power to start a war of that magnitude are USA, and the big European countries. Germany, UK, etc. Not with some country branded a threat by the US. The only thing IRAQ ever did was 9/11, oh no wait.. that was Afghanistan right? Oh no he was found in Pakistan. But yeah these countries are only a threat of oil, not military.
