stevenew95 Posted April 26, 2012 Report Share Posted April 26, 2012 This is also my problem. Its very frustrating! This aslo happens to my ladder truck a few in game vehicles and some buildings. stevenew95 Posted May 1, 2012 Report Share Posted May 1, 2012 Okay now im starting to get pissed(sorry for the language)...Ive done a windows update, most of adobe, gonna do a flash, direct x update, and god knows what else. Also its not the mod its the game. I completely unistalled it and then reinstalled and it did the same thing (white unit icon). If and when i get the patience ill try and download the whole game itself casue i already had the installer downloaded. (bought it from amazon btw). Also it wont load the graphics if they are set to the "high" setting and the shadows are on. Its just black but you can see some lights. Why can xp run this but freaking windows 7 cant? To me thats complete B.S. If someone can help me with this, or tell me where i could fix this please do because im starting to get irritated. I went to intel and it looked at my drivders and gave me crap about how my driver was custom or it wasnt supported. Dont know why but the only update was a wifi one. So how would i get a driver update without crashing my computer? If its even my driver. As you can see by this long post its getting to be a pest. I just want the game to run smoothly and all that. randomperson139 Posted May 1, 2012 Report Share Posted May 1, 2012 As far as I worked out, there isn't a way of fixing it.You have an intel graphics card, which is absolute rubbish when it comes to games. I had the same problem with my old laptop, and nothing I did fixed it. Updating the driver does nothing, your problem still wouldn't be fixed.My advice.... Get a new computer.
