search_destroy Posted March 13, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 How do I install this submod sorry?Download and extract the .rar file. then go to you're C:/program files/Sixteen Tons Entertainment/Emergency 4/Mods/NYC Mod 1.01/prototypes/vehicles. Then paste the 4 files that you extracted into the vehicles folder.So... Is this the submod that MikeyPI, Newfoundking and Hoppa did? I havent used the editor for quite a while but I believe thats it. Or you can go to 'map properties' or press 'Shift + F9', and change the time.
