Sorry.2) I think Voodoo_Operator made that model, but you would have to check. If he did make it, then you would have to get permission from him. So how can i reskin it?Then you either deleted it or the install went wrong because I have a rhc.dds file in the data/models folder, and it is unlocked, however, the original models are a real pita to reskin as the dds files are small(pixel wise) skins unlike the LA Mod(not sure about other mods but I am guessing it hold true).
