Operating System: Windows XP Professional

So that should not be a problem.

This topic show the same errors in your logfile as his.

!VVideoPlayer::PlayVideo(): file 'base:/Video/16t.mpg' not found

There are a lot of possible solutions on there.

So i suggest to try one of those.

my friend please help me for 911 not start

vga gf 9600 gt 512 mb

pentium dual core 2.0 ghz

3 ghz ram

xp pro sp2

Try downgrading to videodrivers from 2008 and see if you have any codecs installed (especially something from matroschka).

BTW: one topic for your problem is more then enough. There's no need to hijack three other topics to, so I deleted your posts there.
