When will New York submod become able to download?(the new one)

not sure yet issues have come up could be a week could be months

(P.S)if you dont want to get in trouble by the staff and admins dont ask for release dates mkay theyll come out when they feel like it

Well there has been a few problems.

Good news:

After 2 months of not replying to my PMs Helljumper FINALLY notified me the Quint is in the final stages of being skinned. I believe its in the 80% range atm.

Bad News:

First and foremost, I havent been on because I have just been burnt out on modding atm. However, my work on the submod is done. Problem is I need some one to update the lights for me:

Conroy - He was working on this, then his video card died. Then he was supposed to be working on it again, and I havent heard from him.

CFD - Despite my request for his help, he turned me down to work on the NY Submod.

Occram - He was supposed to be working on this as well, but I do not recall what his status is. He may have been waiting for me to send him more units, or I might have been waiting on him to finish the files.

Kookas - He PMed me some time ago asking me if I still needed models. I said yes, and asked him if he still knew what models I needed. Communication ceased after that.

This is not to flame any one, but just to let you guys know I dont want to release the project short of what my intentions were, but at this stage it is out of my hands.

you need help with this still i can help

maybe the ASPCA vehicle/police can have more options just for animals? =p. instead of having to kill it you can muzzle it, or lure it.. who knows.

And as for the frequency of it happending. that can easily be edited.

Well, all I know is that all models are done, most skins are done, map's close, and all scrpts finished.

But remember, this isn't the NY Mod, this is the NY Submod, so lets talk about that instead.

if you want to be successful, you need to serve an appetizer to hold people over if the main course is taking too long.

As Dyson did.. which made me very happy, and kept others interested.

I think Dyson CAN turn this into a full blown mod.

Not greater then winterberg (unless THIS mod never crashes and takes less then 10 minutes to load)

ohh it will release you have to give it time and im sure if dyson wanted to he could make this into a full blown mod easily

Well there's been quite a decline in interest and motivation, it just seems I've reached as far as I can push the submod atm, all that it needs now is models, but got a real shortage so theres nothing more I could do until that obstacle is averted.

And shadowzuiz well have a go at a high quality seagrave. That's all I'm urgently lacking.

alright guys currently im going to be underway with a light submod for Xplorer4x4's la submod. The lights may take some time because im also working at the ny submod as well as this one. My main focus is to make the lights mostly polygons for better realism effects i will try to update everyday to give you my process %

i do have permission from Xplorer to do this

subway stuff will be up to Dyson as to what he wants to put in as minor missions so we will just be developing the underground system. So if he wants to create things such as a flood, or a train crash, or even just a disturbance its up to him on what he wants to add in. This is true for any modder who will adopt our project. Its just kind of the building blocks for them.
