  1. Dyson - excellent work on the vehicles. They're great. Keep up the work. Winters.
  2. I'm actually heading up to Squamish in the next couple of weeks; Is it an active duty chief's car? Like will it be around at one of the station(s)? (Not quite sure how many stations you have up in Squamish.) So I'll have to swing by and have a look for it.
  3. Oh they do now do they? Challenge Accepted. Actually we just got a new Chief's Car. It's a 2010 Tahoe if I'm correct? I haven't been in it because I apparently "break" everything I touch, which is a lie. I'll grab a photo for you though. It's got LED's everywhere and he's planning on installing a "Q" Siren on it.
  4. a slick top battalion chief car? >Tells fire chief. Looks sweet though Goog. I know it's not actually going to be a slicktop battalion chief car, for those people who'll correct me on that..
  5. You're correct, they do, but that wasn't what I was trying to imply and I worded it wrong. I meant like, they don't get them as commonly as lets say.... California does. That's not a huge thing that Vancouver gets called out for, so really there isn't a reason to have that call in. I will not give that out, sorry.
  6. I apologise for such a late reply on this - The reason as to why you'll see New West using these rap around push bars is because they've had a high increase in pursuits recently therefore it's easier to protect their vehicles. You'll see more of the lower mainland using these as they get into more pursuits than North Vancouver, Vancouver, Richmond, West Van; But Goog is correct - R.C.M.P in B.C don't use the rap around bars so there's not a reason to include them - realism is what's making this modification brilliant - adding something that's not on the actual units would be okay I guess, but not realistic. And to be honest, the wrap around bars aren't really that nice looking. There has been a series of deaths regarding drug usage recently, but that's gone down. The lower mainland area, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Port Co, Port Moody, New Westminister, and Burnaby don't have brush fires; at least not that I've heard recently being a firefighter. - It's more to the East of British Columbia: I.E Kelowna, Kamloops - They're the one's that are hit hard by brush fires.
  7. It looks great. I especially like the map and the fact that there's more than TWO Fire Stations.
  8. Both - or just make it so that the Charger switches between colours - I.E have it switch between dark blue, grey, dark grey, white, black etc. or even just black and dark grey. Either way it's a very nice model.
  9. That's the thing, if they said a release date, everyone will expect it to be out on that day. If they can't make if for that release date then they'll be people who aren't happy and will be mad. it's best NOT to know about a release date.
  10. I agree with the want, to be honest seeing the railway police in North Vancouver is rather rare. In fact, after being here for 11 years in Vancouver Canada, and working with the Police I only saw the Railway Police last year for the first time, ever.
  11. Our Transit have the new ones over here, but not our police, that I know of. West Vancouver would probably be the first, considering they have expensive police cars.
  12. It's not that bad looking to be honest. It's a rather nice dodge charger. I'll give a couple of months til I see one in North Vancouver.
  13. To avoid spamming the thread with our discussion, I'll reply to this via PM, if you'd like. Out of respect.
  14. Tahoe is Chevrolet - I know what you're saying, don't worry. Yeah, our units in North Vancouver R.C.M.P have push bars, again, for the obvious reasons.
  15. Most have them yes, but not all. In fact, I'm pretty sure majority of them don't. I was in richmond not too long ago and majority of the units I saw had no push-bar. If we had them, we'd sell them. They're a waste of money, space, and resources. I haven't heard anyone in the department say they want a tiller. We have Towers, Ladders, and Quints. All of those are a lot better than a tiller.
  16. I've seen them lurking on the highway by Second Narrows and Lions Gate Bridge with their radar guns. They've got a place to chill in North Vancouver on like... 22nd and St. Georges, it's the Provincial Court of British Columbia and there's always the Challenger and the Tahoe sitting there. I'm pretty sure they do traffic, but I'll ask my friend who may have worked along side of them in the police force.
  17. Yay ! I had talked to him about it at like dunno, feb? about the city/district units maybe as an add on later on in the modification. I'm happy to hear about that. I could of sworn Sherrifs had blue's too... :l Then again, I've never seen one responding with Lights/Sirens.
  18. lolololol^ You've got a good sense of humor. Please keep this on topic. Clearly it's not able to be scripted in. Try to use common sense because your attempt to be funny really backfired. Goog, would you be able to consider later on, after the first release, to have the District and City of N.V Units in-game? I realize it's based in Surrey, and I understand if you don't want to. I can talk to you about it in Private Chat if you'd like.
