  1. jacobc; Nah, We still have normal volunteer first responders, but BASICS medical teams can be sent straight to a major or serious incident or be called in by an already on scene ambulance crew to provoid additional skills beyond that of a normal paramedic
  2. Ooo Lovely new box of supplies from SP Services. Had to completely re-arrange my bag to fit in all the new stuff, including; Box of Gloves Alcohol Free Wipes Alcohol Prep Swabs Sharps Bin Accu-Check Aviva Nano (Blood Glucose Testing Kit) 2 Rolls of water proof tape 2 Rolls of Transpore Hypoallergy tape Res-Q-Me Window Punch & Seatbelt Cutter Tourniquet (Normal one, not a combat one) Diagnostic Pen Light 2 Green pouches Impact Resistant glasses And best of all; SP Mug! Funnily enough, my bag seems lighter now ive re-arranged everything and added new stuff into it. Also, i noticed when looking through my drugs pouch, i had normal paracetamol, and extra strength paracetamol. Now the extra strength had 40mg caffeine in it, any ideas how the caffeine makes it extra strength?
  3. Not for 1.0, But for later versions when we introduce our new freeplay map, then there shall be a new Fire station, ambulance station, police station and hospital.
  4. Not much has been shared about the BASICS units in game, here's one of our teams, which includes a WMAS Officer, BASICS Paramedic, BASICS Nurse and a BASICS Doctor responding to a heart attack.
  5. That is something that involves the use of virtual objects (In the Editor) and scripts. I'd recommend learning a bit more about the editor and its functions before going onto something as complicated as the use of Virtual Objects and scripts. -Tom
  6. When i call one of the units with a Para, tech, para prac or officer, the command to put on a fluoro jacket (ie change from shirt proto to fluoro proto) is disabled, but when i call a fire truck the command is enabled, but when i try the command the person wont change into the jacket/other unit at any vehicle (They dont highlight blue'ish colour either to show thats where they can change)
  7. Removed one of them, still same problems as mentioned in first post

  11. Hi guys, Ive edited the LAChangeClothes script so that it works as a paramedic taking off or putting on his jacket. Initally it worked, but then when i added icons it didnt work and ive tried every possibility (changing little bits in the script, removing the icons etc) Ive uploaded the script (below) so if someone could take a look that would be highly appreciated! I know its a .txt, ive only done that so that i can attach it to the post (forum dosent allow .script extension) LAChangeClothes.txt EDIT: Also, the command becomes enabled when i call a firetruck, but they still wont change clothes

  14. Police called to 'frenzied machete attack' in Woolwich, south-east London, in which one man died Incident now being treated by the government as a suspected terrorist attack, says the BBC's Nick Robinson Local MP Nick Raynsford says the man who died was a soldier from Woolwich Barracks Reports suggest a man was attacked in the street by two individuals who were later shot by officers Home Secretary Theresa May calls a meeting of Cobra, the government's emergency response committee, describing the attack as "sickening and barbaric" Attacker claimed to have shouted "Allahu Akbar" before the attack In footage broadcast by ITV, the alleged attacker says: "We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you." He adds: "I apologise that women have had to witness this today, but in our land our women have to see the same. "You people will never be safe. Remove your government, they don't care about you." http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-22630304 Whats your guys opinion/view on this?
  15. Just incase you hadnt realised, youll need to be a HCPC Qualified paramedic and have been employed with an ambulance service for a considerable amount of time. So id set your eyes on going to university and studying to become a paramedic before thinking about HART. Just a heads up, best of luck!
  16. Hello All! We are nearing a release as a majority of work is done and the game is fully playable, All vehicles work, commands, lights, sirens, etc. However we need some help from an experienced modder who is able to add personnel into game (They're already in the editor, but for some reason when i add personnel my game bugs. Default personnel are being used at the moment) and also someone who can get hose connections to work (I've attempted this but the fire-fighters wont actually connect to the hose) If anyone is able to offer their support, feel free to drop me a PM, your help will be highly appreciated (There's not much that needs doing as far as I can see, its just that it doesn't work for me) Many Thanks

  23. There's two on the pic, look closer And the black circle just means it is a specialist unit (Ie, Normal patrol cars or sector vans will just have their area code then vehicle number such as BH for birmingham and 48 for vehicle 48 but others such as forensics, firearms, etc have a black circle, then vehicle number, then some kind of acronym to denote their specialist area) I will however get that information checked by WMP
