  1. Are you using Vista? Do you have multiple profiles set up on your PC?
  2. Thanks. I'm using the map that came installed on the LA Mod (1.9).
  3. Uploading to a different site. Give me about 45 minutes. I'll update the links following the upload. UPDATE 7:46PM - Links are available now. Using mediafire. Go back to first link.
  4. Yikes. I'm so sorry people. I'll have a look. That's the first time I've ever used Rapidshare and perhaps the last. I'm not sire why that happened... UPDATE (12:11pm): no problem downloading; no porn site. Hmmm.....
  5. Yeah, I was thinking she would do one and then I would do the next one. I just have to snag her away for a bit of time which isn't that easy to do but might take some coercion.
  6. I agree wholeheartedly. This one is not all that easy to furnish. I do have a niece who could do it but she's been busy with college stuff... Still working that out though. Yeah, just found it. That is event 33. Event 34 is also an unknown fire, so I will just duplicate that one and name it 33. So, in essence, you'll have two unknown fires one called Event 33 and other 34. I use the default config files to build the actual dispatch monologue but it seems that some of those lines in the file are not accurate. Case in point with event 39 that lists a violent crime when in actuality it's a subject with a gun and so I just made event 40 (subject w/gun) the same as event 39. I'll make the corrections and upload to the download link a little later.
  7. Excellent point; no need to an updater as I am content with adding an occasional patch here and there. I've had Micorosoft Windows since I was teenager some xy years ago - that's the nature of the beast.
  8. Thanks Shane. Still, a lot of work and good work indeed.
  9. That would be cool but I'm not sure if can make that call. I believe he knows that this exists but not sure if it meets the requirements to be posted as such (if there are requirements.)
  10. Yeah, when I do another version later, I'll clean that up.
  11. I do like the submod but the with the firefighters, they seem like their uniforms are different and don't stand out as much as they did in Hoppah's version. Why did that change?
  12. Yeah, I wanted to know if that was something that was noticeable. Thanks for that feedback. I'll need to resample them and bump up the audio level.
  13. Do you have multiple accounts or profiles set up on your system? Vista or XP Be sure to make any changes from within the default admin account and not any created admin accounts.
  14. ShaneGreen, great job on this submod. I absolutely like it a great deal. AMR rocks! A lot of people use megaupload.com.
  15. I suppose I wont worry about it but yes, it did happen as soon as I activated the alarm.
  16. I believe LAPD uses 245 for ADW or assault with deadly weapon but is that also used for a shooting incident with one wounded? I've seen a code for shooting into a dwelling but not sure what the code is for anyone who's been shot while walking down the street.
  17. You should post what a finished rotating light will look like.
  18. Hi Shanegreen: Been playing the submod fine until, it froze and gave me this error message: "lafirestation8911f, error symbol v not supported in current scope" I'm not sure what that means but figured you might know what it does.
  19. All you're doing is overwriting the Los Angeles Mod v1.9 folder in your game's directory with the one that came inside your newly downloaded Los Angeles Mod v1.9.2 SG Submod folder. In other words, when you download the 9mb zipped folder, it's been named "Los Angeles Mod v1.9.2 SG Submod". You have to unzip this folder which creates a folder with that same name. Inside this folder, there will be a folder named "Los Angeles Mod v1.9". Take this folder and overwrite the one that is already inside your game's directory.
  20. Always been a fan of AMR ever since Regional Ambulance and Cadillac. Great mod and glad someone pointed this out. It's great to have all of the units parked where they are. Coolio. One thing noticed right away. It seems the uniforms worn by the new firefighters have lost a little color. Their uniforms are not as brightly colored as before the mod.
  21. Thanks. Shane's submod looks cool - I had no idea it even existed. I wonder what program he used to shrink the files from 45MB down to just 9MB for download.
  22. That doesn't look so bad. Hmmm... I'll wait for you to finish.
  23. New version of Supervisor Mod files are available for download. Go to first post.
  24. Wow. I'm thinking SWAT or tac units may be sufficient. But I think tac units aren't necessarily referring to SWAT though.
