I don't see any ddr authors names there so it's not from there. Thats fully my hand creation, playing with cylinders easy as f. The real bridges on photos are not even look the same,lol? No , i got 2101, changing it to 2103 is simple (add 2 more frontal lights)

If they are not inside folders, you should create them on your own. (copy simple from EM4 and edit so it fits the mod) -
