  10. The idea is to use the new stretcher script, the other equipment will be available on the vehicles for the crew to get it if needed, when the patient is critical for example, the monitor will be needed etc.

  13. Hello guys! Today I started my game and the screen resolution got messed up! usually i play on 1280x1024 (maximum em4 res.) in 4:3, with black parts around my screen to make it fit my 16:9 monitor. Today it got stretched, the resolution is still 1280x1024 but everything is stretched into the 16:9. I couldn't take it as it was before, tried to modify the .cfg file but no results. I didn't update anything, I have a GT330 from Nvidia. please help.
  14. - What equipment do you use the most (Top 5)? 1-Emergency bag 2-O2 cylinder 3-Defimonitor 4-Trauma kit (KED, Collars, Spineboard) 5-Suction unit Person is seriously dehydrated: obtain IV access / Give fluids / check blood pressure, O2 saturation (with pulseoximeter) , check temperature and try to understand what caused the dehydratation (alcohol, heat, fever, diarrhea etc.) Person accidentally cut himself and is bleeding: Wear protective clothing if severe bleeding, before approaching the scene / Staunch bleeding and consider using a tourniquet / if the cut is on a limb, lift it / get IV access / check blood pressure, O2 Saturation, heart rate) Person stabbed (No major injuries): call for police / staunch bleeding / do NOT remove the knife (or whatever they used) / check vital parameters (as above) Person fell and has a cut on the forehead: apply a cervical collar / check for consciousness / staunch bleeding / check vital parameters, check pupils reaction (with a flashlight) and GCS (Glasgow Coma Scale)
