how do you open a map on editor i go to where my installed mods are i click on it it says do you want to open a new map i do that but it just comes up with the grid

When you have the grid up go to the top it should say "Maps" click that then go to load map it should come up with a windows saying "Do you want to save map?" say no and then another window comes up

look for maps and a list of map names will come up eg:Freeplay,Mission 1 ect... pick your map and wait for it to load...

It does not support mods at all. Ive already looked it all up. But should I get Arma 1 or 2 to mod. Im dying to play with the police mods.

I'd suggest you get arma 2 it's a lot better and theres a bigger range of mods

theres also a online roleplay mod called City life it's very good

First i'd like to say thanks for everyones feed back much appreciated,

Since the announce of the mod,a lot of work has been going on 'behind the scenes'

A few new models have been made and i hope to show you some them soon..

out with the 'West Midlands Mod' Here's a list of what were looking for

3D Modeler-Need enough skills to be able to create decent enough models.

Textures-Someone to make textures for the models.

Scripter-Someone who is able to make basic scripts.

Uv Mapper-Someone who can apply textures to models.

Testers-Few people to test the mod before the offical public relase.(Report all errors ect..)

It's not a bad idea but I think you would need quite a few scripts done and possibly new animations? do you have any modding skills?
