If he recommends you a security app because you can schedule it once a week, he has no clue what he is talking about at all. First its not the only free anti-virus that can do this, and when it comes to paid anti-virus, they all can. So if some one tried to convince me to use security software based on that, I would laugh at them! The fact of the matter is, when it comes to keeping viruses out, Nod32 might not be perfect, but its one of the best there is. I have used it for about 5 years and in that time had about 2 serious viruses get in. In most cases it doesnt lag the computer like some anti-viruses do, and they push out virus updates several times a day, I believe, compared to the other guys who update there definitions once a day. You always on top of the game.

You can play the mod just fine with out that script. Nor do you have to modify any files. Just copy and paste the files you download from that post, in to the proper folder. For the record though, this is not LA Mod related. This has to do with UAC(User Account Control).If you like, you can google how to disable it.

You mean PA? Well thank Hoopah as he designed it Only whats used in LA. I cant actually make models myself, so as stated this is simply a combination of the models of push bumpers Hoppah modeled, and placed on a model of NNICOs CV.

lol ok just checking I was kind of confused there. One map at a time, yes, but Tim showed off some sort of configuration program awhile back, that showed we could select multiple maps, and they have said there will be multiple maps. However the first release will have only one map.

Are you using LA Mod 2.0 and patch 2? There was a problem sort of like this in 1.9(I think).

What exactly did you prove wrong? All you did was prove there would be atleast two stations. I included both of those stations on my list. So how exactly was I wrong? Now I am not saying I am right or wrong. Just pointing out you did not prove anything. Nor am i trying to be mean either..just saying..

Information: NNICOs Crown Vic is amazing, but it lacks the proper push bars found on some LA Police Agencies Cruisers such as LASD,CHP and I believe, LAPP. So what did I do? Attach them! My guess is it will be like this: Manhattan Map - 3 Fire Stations FS1 will be just a single engine house with E6. FS2 will have E7,Ladder 1,and Battalion 1. FS3 Engine 10 and Ladder 10. Map 2 is Chinatown FS 1 - Engine 9 and Tiller Ladder 6. Then if you need additional units there going to come from off the map.

^you meant first release? Last I checked there was not going to be a public beta. Are you guys going to use the stock EM4 cars or have you replaced all of them?

I didnt quite understand that post, but yes, inside a bay or out side the station is very important because outside the station they do not have to deal with gates and this has to be accounted for in the script. http://pastebin.com/VRQqqMJk Try this script for one, for two, in regards to the button itself, try removing one command from the BC(assuming this is for the BC not the Captain or EMS Captain.

How can you support a project that hasnt been released yet? On a serious note, if you odnt mind me asking, what exactly is the launcher? Like a shortcut or widget for your home screen?

I will let you know ASAP. As for the map, I think it is running pretty smooth atm. I was able to add a whole new path to utilize a less used road, and hey, whats LA with out Limos? The limos path,which has other vehicles spawn on this path to, will not hang up on objects when turning regardless of which way it is headed on the path(in case of being redirected), and I love the Peterbuilt/semi models in LA Mod 1.9/20 behind wal-mart so much, you can now find semis (with out a trailer of course)cruising on the freeway. After all whats a high way with out semis?! -
The scripts not here. But dont need it. The problem is sort of self explanatory in a way, all be it vague to. The section of the script that says PROTO_LAPD,PROTO_LASD,PROTOT_CHP,etc is to long. I dont know exactly what the limit is, and not sure if its C++ related or related to the games engine(im going to guess its the engine). I had the same problem on my end. Basically you have to many units using the same siren. To fix this split it up. Say you have 12 units using sirens 1 and 2. Split that up so you have 2 sets of code of 6 units using those sirens rather then 12. If your lost I will explain it better tomorrow.

Thanks, and good timing Tian. Had another question. Now I have 2 models listed, the base model and the lightbar, but when i export the lightbar is not included in the v3o. How can I combine them in to one single model?

Of course, there not just throwing in random models here. There all authentic. Granted theres always the possibility one or more companies are in reserve rigs atm but other then that the models are authentic. And just fyi, they said all the models are done.

"2.2" as you call it is only a patch. You have to download and install the actual mod.

In zmodeler I have a model of a vehicle and a model of a lightbar. Problem is, the lightbar needs to be moved higher up to sit on the roof of the model. Is there any way to move the lightbar higher other then adjusting the axis in the model itself? Perhaps it would be better to add it as a child?
