lol which reminds me that the Army had recruiting at the high school the other day. they had a goarmy.com tent and a mobile rock climbing wall. a couple of troops recruiting several dozen high schoolers.
one of my friends yelled "The Marines are better" out the window of his bus and the army dudes got pissed at him (but he is right)
Well, I mean, I can't say, I'm not American... but I do know Army beats Navy over here
-
I gotta proposition. Lets call a truce! We'll agree to disagree
-
lol I took it as keep it civil

You should read that story...
Also this story of a Scotland Firefighter.
http://www.hrblunders.com/fireman-fired-for-being-too-fat/
Most firefighters who have health problems or being overweight get resign to a desk job.
It shows how American is relax in firing a firefighter for overweight problems.
Yeah, but you can't base a country off one state... That's like basing Japan off a City

Sorry, Sir... and sorry, Commander Rasseru, I DID get carried away. My apologies to all *bows head in shame, and looks up, hoping for fogivness...*
Thank you for complying=)

@Fort yea canada dont have that? thats weird i thought everyone did
Firefighters do a good job regardless of their physical characteristics, it generally does not matter their size they still do the job, you know, the people on the big red trucks that come when you burn some food and panick cause you've got some smoke in your kitchen *tear tear* Or the people who come out at 3:30 in the morning in the pouring rain to extricate you from your truck, when you flipped it leaving the bar. Or the guys who come out when you're having chest pains from, as you so elegantly put it, the 'food' you eat. Yes, some may be overweight, but, I can guarentee, they would never NOT come when you call. And they still do the job JUST as well. Only difference is their gear costs, maybe $50 more, because they need more material.
@HPVFD236, naw, we don't, but I'd love that maybe I should come down there
Lazilly modified it... and god there's more.

@ HPVFD236
Dude, that's awesome... I want to get that started here
-
too lazy to rewrite quote
I don't know if it still exists, but in the i think early 90's, they had a program for teens to be 'fire explorers.' they could ride the rigs, etc, just couldnt vent roofs and go inside...
-
Im 17 first off and yea thats why is an orange helmet.
Wow lol... me too.... Is the Orange helmet a Fire Explorer, or?
-
I want to see I can make two lane Expressways for a map and design them to work with a map.
I maybe do a 4 lane... But are hard to see under them.
What I meant by four lanes, is, 2 across in each direction, 2 northbound and 2 southbound... get what I'm sayin?
-
yes he is
good eye... I haven't been too observant today... elevators broken Sorry
-
Yea most of americans dont like to be out of shape at all when they are doing something like firefighting. Me personally like to train everyweek and work out all the time. Its will be my career one day and i know i will be good at what i do. I mean just look at me lol
Dude, you can't be more than like 18...
-
Ok, I like to see if others agree or don't agree with you point out problems. Or that its easy to fix.
Yeah, it's possible... Wood's map has a four-lane highway that's reduced to 2 lanes in one point for construction... I'd talk to him...
(Yay, as of this post, I'm a Captain Drinks on me! )

Good to see some throwbacks our way...
Semper Fi
Are you a Marine?

^for me it depends how their positioned. If its set up where I have to look into the lights to be bale to see the road and vehicles in front of me, then it kills me.
Well, I mean, that applies with me, but only with the older rotating lights. The new lights we've got on all our police cruisers are all LED, and I don't care where on the road they are, they mess up my vision. More so the Blue than the Red. Thats why the fire trucks that are getting the LED's don't bug me really. It's the Blue on the cruisers
-
What I want to know is how effective are the light built-in the roof going to be? The appear to go all the way around. That'd just going to put more lights on an emergency scene. I don't know about you guys, but when I'm driving, I hate coming across more than 4 emergency vehicles at a scene. They freakin blind me.

Wow.... that guy is a friggin' Mod God... tehe

ok................ ok so I found the way to change the .dds file to V3O now...that thing you were talking about was in the control panel...so I changed it, got into the editor...and selected to unpack the one I changed, got no confirmation like everybody said I wouldn't get...so I got out of the editor...changed it back to dds....went into the dds converter to convert it to photoshop file but it still said the conversion was failed....so I renamed it to v3o again...got back into the editor and tried it again, then it said it was already unpacked??? still not making any sense why it won't work...
You may have to use the Dark Namer program like I said... I'll see if I can find it and give you the link
-

yea i noe i wish i could but you gotta respect Hoppah's hard work i guess and thanks
There's nothing wrong with reskinning. Unfortunately, tho, you can't pawn it off as a submod. I see both sides. Hoppah's worked VERY hard for the past how many years to get his mod to the amazing shape it's in now, and wants the credit he rightfully deserves. Plus, by allowing reskins if new models are included, he's encouraging a fine art. On the other hand, many people don't have the talent to re-skin vehicles, and can get tired of playing with L.A. units. I'm from Canada, near Buffalo, NY, and I've never been to LA. I want to, but I'd personally like to see a more Northern or East coast mod. Nothing against LA or anything. But you're doing a GREAT job so far. Keep it up.
Edit: By the way, and congratulations on being promoted to Lieutenant
