Well that's your issue.

Anime is pretty difficult to draw first off. Second off, you can't just "Learn" it out of thin air. You'll have to really get into it and work hard if you want to produce something of pretty high quality.

If you're hellbent on spending a lot of time and money on drawing I'd suggest reading the following books...

How to Draw Comics the Marvel Way

Drawing the Head and Figure by Jack Hamm

Drawing Animals by Jack Hamm

and

Dynamic Anatomy by Burne Hogarth

also another side not "How to Draw" books are knowledge wise worth about jack shit. Some are good (Like the one above) but don't get suckered into buying them as a "quick fix"

Disregard that, while having a physical copy is great it's easier to prove you bought a downloaded game, not only that but you can get it faster and if you hold onto your serials etc it's just like buying a game from the shop.

Also, gas fires burn so hot that the water evaporates before it can reach the fire, and that somehow increases the temperature of the fire, making it worse.

No that's not what happens close, but not what happens. And it's very different for oil fires. The main issue with putting water on hydrocarbon fires is the issue of density. Water can behave strangely in these situations. Oil floats on water which is why water does very little against an oil fire. What happened there is what's know as boil over. The firemen used water to combat the oil fire. The oil rose to the top and the fire continued, as the fire continued the water evaporated or is turned into steam. When enough water turns into steam you have a powder keg at the bottom with a mass of burning oil on top. Boil over can then occur, which can be a massive explosion (As evidenced in the video) where the steam vents up into the air taking all of the burning oil with it, it's surface area increases so fast because there is so much fuel in the air (Which has been turned into small particles that are easy to burn). Pretty scary stuff.

You have to have high graphics settings on, if you have high graphics settings on and it does that then your video card is having an issue displaying it.

I'm working on my personal mod adding in a new firefighter unit, a person.

So I've made the prototype, edited the skin, edited the model, edited the unit, edited portraits, edited the car which the unit is assigned, edited the units in the editor, edited vehicles.xlm, edited info texts and the other portraits.

When I startup and go to test out the vehicle ingame it crashes, though the person and the vehicle load in the editor.

I've got a very wtf face going on and many internets would be given for a solution.
