Sounds like a good idea. I hope you can pull it off. For police you could ad: car jacking, vandalism, drunken disorder, bomb/terrorist threat, maybe a domestic dispute. EMS: Food poisoning, suicide, child running in front of a car. Fire: Seems good. Good Luck.

I have downloaded the latest version but it still doesnt work. I think the problem is every time i hover my mouse over the campaign button it says "The LA mod contains 10 exciting new missions..." When i click on freeplay it will CTD. I have uninstalled LA Mod and EM4 but Manhattan mod still doesn't work. Does anyone have any ides??? Thank You

Hey Dyson. When you eventually do sort out the problems could you make it an auto installer as I believe this will fix a lot of peoples problems. Apart from that awesome mod and keep it up.

Maybe some sort of road block were you halt certain cars but then one turns around and drives off. When you start to chase them they stop and take a bank or supermarket hostage?
