    Yayyy ! St John Ambulance :DDD I think PCSO's would be nice. We could use them to help out with traffic/cordons.

    What about having St John Ambulance, British Red Cross and some Private ambulance for less serious calls? That would be cool. Together with the PCSO's and Specials Ideia.

    Emergency Transport Attendant, Resuming in very few words: Ambulance Driver (Blues & two's) and a more advanced skill level. I haven't been with SJA for long. but it's quite busy. Unfortunately, is slowing down a bit due to the weather and etc...

    I have received the DBS Certificated by post, it arrived around a week and half ago. So does the ID comes few days later or I should expect to receive it from the DS. & Another question . My induction will be during the 13th and 14th of July at SJA Croydon HQ, so how long do you guys reckon that would taken from induction -> Move to Local Unit -> Uniform -> First duty. What should I expect to be doing during my first duty? How was your first duty? I Just received an email with a Radio Level 1 - Radio Operator pdf. Do we get radio trained during induction? I thought we had to get training with radios by our local unit. I'm an Adult Entonox Thanks, both of you guys, I'm quite (a lot) excited, that's why I'm bombing you guys with questions

    Another question haha I had the interview and had the DBS check and etc, and now I just got invited to the induction, so what happens during the induction, besides the training and etc, I mean, do we do uniform fitting? and what about the SJA ID, as I had my picture taken already, do we get it during the induction or later when we move on to our Local unit? And is it the same for the uniform? Thanks dear

    Had the interview and it went well. Now I have to wait for my DBS (CRB) check to come back and then I believe that I will be a SJA member

    Thank you! I'll do my best not to be their "paperwork boy" hahahaha. So do you get the uniform during the initial induction course? & Are we allowed take it home and if so, can you get dressed at home and make your way to your local division or do you have to get dressed there?. Sorry for bombing you with all the questions, is just that, I'm so excited, I can't control it...

    Thank you for your explanation, and no, I'm not a member. They already asked me to do a DBS (CBR) check online. How long does it take from the start of the training until you are allowed on duties? I can't wait for the interview .

    Hi guys. Soo yeah, I know it doesn't have much to do with cadets, but I've got a interview now on the 1st of June for First Aider. So I was wondering if you guys could tell me what should I expect from it, and what happens next if i pass and etc. Thanks

    I really don't like met's new livery. the old one is so much better and had that kinda unique touch. & I don't think that the STG Sprinters will look any good on them. Anyway, great pics & LOOOVE that new RR
