When was the last time you updated your graphic drivers? -
Try searching the logfile with CTRL F for "not available" and "not found". I found a whole lot of those errors.

You can feel free to use parts of the manual for the in game translation by the way, since most of the manual was based on your in game translation

Under the edit menu there is somtheing of a menu where you can add some floor textures like grass, but road etc. need to be made in photoshop.

A little bit more info would be welcome. Just saying 'it doesn't work' isn't helping us much Do you use a router? Did you forward the correct ports? Did you make sure your firewall permits the program to make internet contact?

I'm sorry but I don't quite get what your are saying. So you pasted hoppahs LA MOD text files over the original german ones and the game was in english. Now you added an 'en' folder somewhere and the game is in german again? Something like that?

I wasn't saying emergency surgery doesn't exist, just emergency surgeons with an own vehicle who are on call 24/7 (like the ambulance service). They are just normal surgeons who work at a hospital and are flown in when needed.

That depends on the type of program you use on your pc (XP/VISTA/WIN7) and if you use the old start menu or the new start menu. But it is there. Maybe it's just named differently in the UK. It has the following symbol:

I don't think field surgeons actually exist. Here they are trauma surgeons who work at a hospital or at a rescue helicopter and are flown in if they are needed. In some cases the also use army medics/surgeons (if the accident is close to a military hospital).

Did you install the maps in the LA mod folder (mods\LA mod\maps)? Did you load the la mod before starting freeplay/challenge?

In this topic you can find a description on how to forward your ports for the most common routers. See the Technical help FAQ for the numbers of the ports that need to be forwarded. Every firewall usually has some form of program controll, you can manually add programs you want to have full internet acces. It is different for every firewall. If you have ZoneAlarm go to program controlls --> programs --> look for EM4.exe --> click on all the blue question marks and choose allow.

Are you using a router? If so did you forward your ports? Did you open up all the ports required to play the game? Does your firewall / antivirus software block acces?

E-mail the website and ask. But I'm pretty sure English websites will offer the english version (else nobody would buy it).

yes, that is the normal version. Easy way to check is to see if you can choose between two freeplay maps when you start a freeplay game. If you can't choose the map then you have the normal version, if you can choose between the maps you have the deluxe version.

No, you downloaded and installed the for both the deluxe version and the normal version. You should only install the map for one version.

You should paste the english videos over the videos in the "de" folder in stead of creating a new folder. That should work if they all have the same title etc.

Amazon.co.uk has it, according to their shipping conditions they ship to USA and Canada. But I think you will probably have to pay by credit card (because that is the only way to buy from amazon.de as foreigner).
