Does the vehicle spawn correctly? Does it show up in the editor correctly? Any animations on the vehicle?

That is a dynamic picture of the vehicle (rotating) so some thing with your actuall model me thinks.

It might not be able to bend down like that, but look at Hoppah's tiller truck. Would be a similar process. I my self am looking at a truck similar to that and trying a few things out.
