For a vehicle, just reskin one of the vehicles you can find laying around in the forums labeled "free to use." Then you have to learn to script.

ATF actually stands for Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives. There just isn't an E in the abbreviation for some reason. ATF deals with the illegal trafficking of any of those items, along with anything involving illegal items of that sort.

ATF would not respond to that kind of call. Other than that, pretty good.

Does this include reskins, or just non-game graphics?

OK, so I've noticed that in some of the repos, persons are performing actions (i.e extrication, redirecting traffic, shooting, etc.) in the editor, and I was wondering how this is possible?

I finally went a did a repo:

The Sheriff's Office was conducting a patrol in a seedier part of town when they spotted a black van with a missing taillight. A patrol car initiated a traffic stop.

When the driver rolled down his window, the deputies smelled marijuana smoke. They removed the two men from the car and searched the van. They discovered a box of drug paraphernalia, including paper for rolling joints.

They called for a backup unit. A highway patrol cruiser was the closest and responded, while both a Sheriff's Office supervisor and a city police supervisor responded from farther away.

They arrived and established traffic control while they continued to search the van. They finished the search, finding nothing else, and called for a tow truck.

The tow truck arrived and was escorted to a Sheriff's Office garage for further evaluation.

It's horrible. Worst I've ever seen. Go die in a hole. Nah, just kidding. Pretty good, actually.

I got one for a tree on top of a car. No actual MVCs, though. Oil clean-up, but no extrication work.

If they're small, I just have a patrol car roll up next to the sign bearer and arrest him. Then, just for kicks and giggles, I arrest everybody else too.

I know. The name for the VH-60N variant is the Whitehawk, btw.
