w00d, When you manage to get a chance, Could you answer a question or two i have? Well, #1. Has the layout of the fire stations/police/hospital changed? As in where things are parked, station orientation, etc. If so, would you mind posting some 'teaser' screenshots. #2. Would it be possible for you to post a top-down screenshot? That'd be just great #3. Will this map be any more resource intensive (Ram, CPU, GPU) than the standard or your previous map? Thanks a lot.

This is such a rookie question, but, firstly, whats involved in reskinning a vehicle?

Hi Everyone, I've decided to plan and task a small mod that i may or may not expand upon. Basically, this is going to be a big learning phase for me, but possibly, with approval i can release it to a few select people. There won't be any new missions or a map or anything just yet, just some reskinned vehicles and personnel. The mod will be based upon the emergency services in Australia, particularly the NSWFB. Are there any people on here that wouldn't have a problem with me contacting them if i need some help, have a question or advice? I will update this thread with my progress, but now, i will not commit to releasing it nor will i commit to 100% finishing it, as my skills aren't that advanced yet, and i may get fed up with it and decide to dump the whole lot (Which i hopefully won't). P.S: If anyone would like to assist me in reskinning or making a mission or so, feel free to contact me. Update: If anyone has any resources or tutorials,etc that they can suggest i use/follow when doing this i would appreciate this a lot aswell

Could someone tell me where abouts to download the Mod please? Update: Nevermind, i found it.

I would second this, because of two reasons: #1. I find it gets really annoying waiting for the diver to hobble along to get into the water #2. I know this has been argued about realisim, but i find it's got a spot in this case. But i highly doubt that the trained LAFD Divers would walk that fast. But MonkeySquasher, could you let me know how you sped the diver up?

Give it a try at uninstalling then reinstalling the LA Mod.

I would give the scripting a go, if someone would do the Van. I think it'd be a good idea actually.

That's not a bad idea actually, I personally think it would only involve reskinng the TEC van and editing the script for the vehicle. I would give it a go if someone would give me a hand at the reskinning part

You can use Bootcamp or a Windows Emulator for mac.

I know this may seem a dumb question or what not, but, is it possible and how do you close off the leaking hydrants?

Could we have a Police Supervisor or Chief that could act like the Battalion Chief or EMS Supervisor? I think this was in the LA Mod for EM3...

Um, well why wouldn't I or anyone else wish to be a tester. It's an awesome mod, and it'd be such a privilege to be able to get a sneak peek behind the scenes at the next version. I don't quite know what you were trying to imply there, but it was a little uncalled for in my opinion. Thanks
