Oh I agree hundred present on that. And not just the Patch They basically changed everything so you have to start from scratch. On top of that the tools where not released with game but came and there little to no document. Then add the fact that they didn't add any new features or game play to game. They might not planned to but they basically killed of modding for the newer game.

Ok your original statement said you have Intel but specs list a gtx960m. The likley cause of your issue is game is running on your Intel gpu and not the more powerful nvidia gtx960m. In GeForce control and the game and select the option to force it to use the gtx960m
