    No it isnt. Some of the vehicles are in LA 3.0/3.1.5, The banner is for a pack Itchboy released and then took down. @itchboy can comment on this if he wants to.

    Yes it is possible for Zmod and Em4 modding there is a option to import and export v3os

    UPDATE: I will be doing a revamp unknown when it will be released but it will have new units and more realistic trucks. and until someone helps out or I figure out the rotoray there wont be any. Some things you will see is a full Station 54 and a lot of different Mutual Aid departments.

    Hello guys, I am still working on Edgewater but however this is a side project. I have been working on this for a few months and I'd like to share some skins that have been put into Em4. Credits to Itchboy, Slatedragon for models, myself for skinning a few of these and Mentor for the Ocean city mod (I am using it as a base)
