I have pretty solid evidence it is... the picture is located on a site for a company operating out of Varna in Bulgaria that provides security. That site came from a reverse image search and that was the only site which had it, other than Imageshack you got it from as the file guess2k.jpg, which can't be found since apparently it was removed.

Well wtf. I was just playing the Eco-failure Protest in EM3 and after I had arrested AND taken away everyone one of them, I "failed" the mission because the "situation was out of control". Well, what do you know...

Meh. It's too late. I just didn't do the project (for school) because: A. I don't care about school anymore - less than 2 weeks left and most of that is half days or days off). B. It was only worth like 50 points and I have an A already. C. Apparently in the last update VALVe f'ed up the Source Recorder in at LEAST GMod so I couldn't get it to work, despite my best efforts.
