Zmodeler?Z modeler or Google ketchup(sketchup)any kind of 3d modeling program will work.As long as you can convert the model into v3o(or in 3ds so zmodeler kan convert it). Next time, if you're gonna present something new, add the maker's name next to it, so in this case, Conroy made the fire station and some of the rig's lights and i think its pretty pathetic if you're gonna show a WIP picture that you didn't make, and the way you present it makes you look like you made it and you want the credit.Conroy is being nice here by showing a video of your "work" and you're lucky cause i declined it to have him to upload it but he still did it.
