But it's not changing anything in the game. It still seems to have the default settings. I have the EM4 (not Deluxe) version.Also, which file do I change to edit the number of firetrucks to have available. Sometimes the calls happen too fast or too frequently I could never finish up with one call before the next came in.I ran the program again and it seemed to work this time. It took two runs before it all seemed to work.As for the changing the number of firetrucks and other units, when I changed the numbers in the freeplaybase.xml, and I started the game, the trucks were all grayed out (not available).
