The game would be like a GTA SA RP server, where you could put in an app for a job (FD, PD, private paramedic company, DOT). If you get it, you go through training, and if you pass that, you get the job. Eventually, after so long on the job, you rise to the top and can command your firefighters or policemen or EMTs, etc. Getting arrested could effect what jobs you can get or get you fired. Check Amazon.deIt was an ok game, but Astragon could've done better. The siren loop didn't work properly and iirc the vehicle shook when you drove.
