Then move the mouse over the victim and the icon should change to pick up the victim. click. Both guys had for the ambulance grab a stretch, walk to the victim, pick him up and walk back to the ambulance. Which then drives off to the hospital. Once at the hospital the ambulance park, stretch team gets out, walks into the hospital. A bit latter they come out, get back in ambulance which then goes and parks or drives off the map.
