I ordered from Amazon. Could really use some help.The real isssue is that I cant the RAR files to work in the MOD Installer. I got the EM$ ones to work just not the rar please help! kylech1999 Posted October 8, 2015 Author Report Share Posted October 8, 2015 Id assume maybe I am just a very fresh newbie but I got somethe the EM4 ones to work but not the rar. I have a brand new computer with a 1tb hard drive and such. The files I am trying to unzip are the ones for Helping Peter and Harbor City Mod. They are downloaded as .rar fiels and are in my mods selection. I try to unzip them with 7zip with no luck and have tried to use the mod installer with no success.
