I'm gonna skip getting right up to this point, assuming you can place coronas and all that and just get right into it. So what you do, is click the radio button that says polygon next to it, click new polygon, and then click around the model. If you're looking to make a rectangle shape, then click four corners. When you want to resize, it's as simple as holding left mouse on the vertex and dragging it to where you want it. You can change the color similar to how you would do the radiation colors.

Play around with it and it'll come easy in no time at all
