Para hacer las texturas necesitas el dds converter, para pasar del tipo de archivo en el que está al pricipio a uno en el que se pueda editar y despues pasarlo de nuevo al tipo de archivo inicial. Y para hacer las texturas puedes utilizar bien el paint como el photoshop o el gimp.
