​'cause basically you ask someone to make the mod, while the only thing you can do (assuming from your poll answer) is skinning

begin with the LA mod to reskin, add some vehicles from other mods and reskin it, you will come pretty far by that

Saturday night a 911 call came in that there was a fight going on with several people involved

in the end there where 10 arrested and 4 fled the scene, one of the police officers had to use his taser to take down a woman that tried to attack him. She will later be arrested after her  medical treatment. another woman broke her ankle when she tried to run for the cops, she will be arrested after her medical treatment in the hospital.

mod used: Rockport with some changes by Cops

I forgot to make some pics when the group runs away and from some arrest... Ow and as you can see on the last screen, look to the left to see some officers arrest another suspect!

The medical calls are generated by the game itself. That means that setting certain injuries at certain places isn't possible.

you expect that if you make a map (or in this case build it) that's pretty easy to do... however everyone has there own life, school etc... so it will take a lot of time

how did you made that grass with the palmtrees? (how did you made it so perfect in a diagonal line?

I use the Manhattan mod too but it works perfect and I don;t have any highlighted parts of the units

I really have no clue how to fix that..

it is normal that that happens... there is a solution for it, however I can;t help you any further 'cause I don;t know what I did to get the highlights away...
