lol not in that way no but this is how i see it enlarged: EDIT: Enlarged twice: No burning home, But a home with drawn people in front of it. But it really looks like "FU" on the side.

i think the lower yellow lettering: give a link to a website,where you can get more info about the info given. (or make the appointment to have your home checked for free). The white lettering on the left side: gives the telephone number of the service for that: Freephone Helpline on 0800 389 5525.( i think) The white lettering on the right: It looks like a small drawing of a home with some fire coming out of it, with a small drawn person in front of it(hands up like he is running away scared). and although it is really fuzzy i think there are 2 bigger letters besides that person with "FU" But the small letters under that are just to small for me.

i think the center one is more accurate. although they are a bit darker pic 1 pic 2 pic 3

Use winzip to unzip the download. Then an e4mod file will appear, you need to install that file with the mod installer.

Re-inform; The mod has been released. And we are working on the rebuild of the mod this is approx 20% done(at most) The rebuild will feature: Size reducement. New units. A new toy to play with. Release date: ***Unknown***

it is posible. as far as i know you will need to add an alpha layer to it. but i don't know on how to do it(all i found wass by using the SDK kit from microsoft)

@ both All i know is that the dutch police will never show their real unmarked cars. or even give information about the real cars(like speed, mileage and so on). just for simple reasons; a unmarked car should not be recognized giving away speeds,mileage and so on would make it more attractive to dare the police to a high speed chase We also have the unmarked police units as you said, camera, lights, police in uniform.(they are show on tv) but remain unmarked. but the tv show can only follow 5 units in the whole country. (but i'll bet you a 100pounds that we have a lot more then 5 unmarked vehicles

Okey read my message again;-) You don't use the mod installer. U use the .exe that comes out of the .zip file;-) run the .exe and it will install the la mod for you(with several options) after that you can install the patch(use the patch.exe file) Then you can start the mod (i mean no offence)

So you unzipped it. Used the .exe to install the game. Waited untill installer was done. Start em4(with the default or LA mod shortcut on the desktop) (with default shortcut) wait untill in main menu, click modifications, select the L.A. mod(wait untill loaded can take a while(pc looks like it's frozen). Start a new freeplay mission. (with L.A. mod shortcut) Wait untill you get in the main menu(takes a while pc looks like it's frozen). Start a new freeplay? The patch only works if you have installed it correct on your emergency 4. If it does not work, do you get an error? or is it cause it did not do anything at all? if you did get an error, can you tell me the error? If it does nothing at all, are you sure you have full administrator rights on your pc to install .exe files (you can try right clicking on the file and select: "run as administrator"

Download the mod, and unzip it.(right click on it. extract here(or somewhere else;-)) Then you can find the .exe that will install the mod into your game. There is no mission editor as far as i know. you would need to change the scripts C++(if not misstaken) to edit the missions. You do have a game editor(for models + maps + personel and so on) You can find that in the start menu under 16tons entertainment. Or in the game instal folder. em4 editor.exe(or something in that direction)
