I'm new to modding and such, and I've been trying to figure these things out myself, but I've failed to do so, so, if anyone who knows could help out, then thank you.

1. I'm trying to make the map larger, how do you add the roads? Like the texture roads.

2. How do you turn a .dds file into a .e4p or .v3o files?

Great mod, but the fire seems to always be in the refinery, also, one of the open-house is glitched, I can't get a medical personnel to enter the building when there was a medical call. Also, there should be some police calls out there and a bigger map, so that it will be more fun. Those are my ideas, thanks for reading.

Also, another bug idk if its just for me or not, the plane of the injured person call would not spawn for me, only the injured person does, which I can't reach him...
