Pottyscotty may not allow it just because he was only excepting changes by people in the modding "team" . This might of changed but that's up to him to say, wouldn't mind seeing some pictures though if you don't mind to send them via pm to me .
Pretty much what you said.
If I do allow someone to continue it, I would choose someone who one, wants to do it, and two, knows how to make a mod (Which includes things like making new vehicles, skins etc). Sorry if there was some confusion.

Only those listed above, however when it's released I will most likely allow someone to continue the mod, so more things might end up coming.

New version is pretty much done now, just sorting out a couple of bits and bobs. Again, I have little time which is why it's taking so long. However I thank you all for your patience.

It is not a glitch at all - It is simply the game letting you know where your units are when hidden. But yes you can turn it off by following what Miercolini has instructed you to do.

Only just realized this mod has been started up again, looking great so far.
Maybe. If the model has been publicly released I may do so.
Bomb Disposal is another issue, modelling/UV mapping are really the only things I don't have any skills in at all, so I can't make the DAF LF vehicle or the lightbars for it. If anyone has any alternatives please feel free to suggest.

Feel free to use the Bomb Disposal unit from the Kent Mod. No restrictions, just follow the credits in the text file.

Haha, no idea why that's not working then, does for me.
No problem, can't actually see anything wrong with the settings however something did catch my eye - The prototype doesn't actually have a name? I'm going to guess you 'cloned' one of the other Police officers but when you do that you have to enter a new name for the file (The title you give it in the editor is for your benefit only, it doesn't affect the actual file). I don't know if this is it but it's worth a try I guess.

Neither the Steam overlay nor Steam screenshots appear to work in EM4 or the editor for me.
Are you running it from Steam or are you just using the normal application?

If you have the Steam version it's F12 to take a screenshot. If you have Steam you can add it as a 'Non-Steam Game' and do the same thing. Alternately download a program like Bandicam or Fraps that records and takes screenshots.

How odd - Are you able to upload screenshots of the person's general properties and then their traits settings?

Already done The car is a STW or something and then the officer (PCSO) is a Police Squad member.
I've made the mistake many times of accidentally adding 'Empty Car' rather than 'Enter Car' to a person, double check you have added the right command?

Both the car and person prototypes are done by me, can you elaborate as to what could be the issue?
Others can get into the vehicle, but this one ped can't get into any sort of vehicle.
Basically only certain types of people can get in certain types of vehicle. Like a Police Officer can't get in a Fire Engine etc.
To decide what a person is (Police officer, firefighter etc) go to their trait menu and change the person type to 'Squad'. Then you can choose which role they are above.

In the editor got to the vehicle, click edit then edit traits. Under 'Passengers' make sure there is at least one allowed (This is how many people can get into the vehicle)

Those just show when vehicles/people are behind an object or building. You can turn it off by going to your Config file and changing this line:
<var name="e4_doocclusion" value="1" />
To this:
<var name="e4_doocclusion" value="0" />

At the top of the site click Downloads > Emergency 4 > Big Mods - There are plenty on there. Sometimes people will post a download link on a forum post instead, these are again easy to find. Top of the site click Forums > *Scroll down to Emergency 4* > Mods (Or European Modifications, depending on what you want).

Your best bet it to have a dummy object or person call the command as soon as the map loads, just game get actor execute command. That's how almost all mods have done it

Is there any function (Not sure on the terminology but I think it would be a function) that can affect a script as soon as the map has loaded? So when the map starts, anything in the section of a script which has the function for when the map loads will run.
For example:
Map loaded function here; v.EnableBlueLights(false);

Out of interest, why do you need it on its own? It comes with the mod.
If you wanted to use it for another mod or project it would be nice if you had asked.

Where is your Game installed? I found my Mod Installer would only work if the game was located anywhere on my C Drive.

I dont think its possible by script to find the SuperChilds on any vehicle. It can only search for childObjects placed in the "childs" section and not the superchilds section.
Would the 'Superchilds' section be what is brought up from Edit Prototype - Edit Children - Edit Child's? Since with the limited water script you place a small object (Normally something like a golf ball) in there for the position of where the Pump controller would stand. Would there be some point in the script where is has to find that?
