  1. Okay so we've re-done the model for the Class Severn boat, so its upto standard, heres a picture to keep your taste for the mod flowing. Enjoy!
  2. Is it very hard to code the cars turning up to the fire station? This is how the RNLI work in the UK.
  3. Follow the tutorials I PMed you yesterday precisely otherwise you'll get no where with this mod without learning for yourself. Its impossible to be in charge of something you don't understand yourself. If your genuinely interested in modding this game, I would recommend learning to model and UVMap thengo join a smaller mod like Leeds mod, which needs the extra help. In brief, this mod with die if you don't put the effort into learning to model.
  4. You just have to learn to balance your work and pleasure time like everyone else. lol
  5. Hope those tutorials I PMed you helped, Looking forward to seeing the model.
  6. Recruiting a mapper To speed things a long, i'd like to recruit someone to make our freeplay map, with my help of course. PM me if your interested please!
  7. The man who mans the BA board is in charge of all people who are wearing BA, and can say when they must leave the building, and calculate how much longer their air will last, and so if a team has lost contact and been in there too long, they know they need to send in help, and exactly who is in the building, what they are doing, and where they're doing it. How will this work in game, do people don their BA gear at him?
  8. Rexon, send people PMs for questions like that in future, I will PM you in a second. I will be sorting the units out for first release on standard freeplay map, a less someone wants to map for the mod. Then second release will have the unique map. MOD UPDATE Okay, as I said before got the hovercraft modelled, also now have the aerial ladder and an airport fire truck modelled, so this will complete the fire brigade. Just got to skin them and put them in game once I get a chance to get to my home computer, damn working away from home lol.
  9. RAC is pants, lets be be honest, of course it'll be AA. Interested to see what it looks like.
  10. Oh I forget, yeah the mono thing is very important! You should have that option when saving the .wav
  11. Are you taking the mickey, this thread was top of the list of threads on the forum of the exact same topic... http://forum.emergency-planet.com/index.php?showtopic=5923
  12. That only effects the size and quality of the sound, a wave file is a wave file, must be the code.
  13. Yeah anything possible in freeplay that is in missions, you just have to have set points/buildings for it to work on, for example like the 'suicide' window which the aerial ladder has a preset rising point on.
  14. If its as good as it looks someone will translate it anyway.
  15. Yeah i've already done that in my mod lol, took a while to get it right with the separate BA gear button to work together lol. I hate the default hazmat fireman model, but i can't make completely original personnel models for em4 yet, and its impossible to modify old ones for this purpose... so far lol. Also you can link off my account until sniped sorts an upload... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v612/eggburt/Banner_1.jpg
  16. Sorry guys, no updates, just ended a long term relationship last week with my now ex girlfriend, so got a lot of stuff to sort out, but don't worry, the mod is not dead!! And the next update will have some great (amphibious) original work in it! Hey, more time to mod now anyway this means.
  17. This mod looks amazing, can't wait to play it!
  18. I was only kidding, anyway I'd offer you any help you need as i said before, really like your mod.
  19. Damn you taken one of the unique things from my mod! Using the IRU as a hazmat. Glad you guys are putting in the research though.
  20. Pyro, if you exclude the moderator text, yes, just, lol.
  21. CPR is changing all the time, they changed it a couple of years ago so its thirty compressions and two breaths now, same for children, but what they tell first aiders is, don't do breaths if you don't feel comfortable just make sure you do something, as it massively raises the chances of survival. Defibs aren't done on a numerical value, just when there is no pulse and as such the heart as stopped, automatic defib machines for first aiders automatically check there is no heartbeat before automatically administering the required amount of shocks until it detects heart beat, then you should carry on with CPR until emergency services arrive.
  22. Lol, pyro your signiture doesn't comply with the rules.
