You would have been 'watching that file' as if you are watching a topic and the forum sent you an email and then Hoppah added update 2.02 and it sent him an email. So you Explorer4x4 you could do that to any file, it is not just a LA Mod thing. And it says down the bottom which matches the email exactly.

You would have to check with individual departments about you diabetes because lots will refuse but I did find a fire dept that had a form for those with type 1 diabetes to fill out to confirm that it is being managed so hopefully there are some in your area that you would be able to join. http://www.edmonton.ca/for_residents/EmergServ/DiabetesType1MedicalForm.pdf

Well I have tried to take them I will be going to a place with alot of police cars in a couple of weeks - sure to get some there with lights and sirens on. Where I the most we have had near us was 13 in one night and I missed it! Otherwise 1-2 a year. (if lucky)

I am not sure what you mean Try overwriting you existing config file with the one attached but make sure you have a backup of your file before you replace it.

Can you open them in gimp, paint etc and it turns up something like this (in Paint.NET) I have never been able to open it up in just paint anyway

You have to do it manually as the limo and fbi vehicles are heavily scripted to make them move ... or in the editor you can put stuff on the roads to make it too small for them to pass. There may be a way that you can increase the speed of the convoy to the same of the police and try it that way but I dont know.

It will require alot of work, even if you can do it because I am sure the game 'takes' them away after they are arrested otherwise the objective wont be completed
