You have to click the ARROW in the upper left. It will take you to the scene of the call out. The TASKS section of the top menu will tell you what all you need to do to complete a call out.
You may want to read the USER GUIDE that came with the mod another time to see how to use the commands.

Didn't see anyone report this yet. I call the DNR fire units for brush fires, use the rapid deploy, they hook up the hose, and extinguish for like 1 second and stop. Verify the other person is operating the pump, no change. Now if I click on the EXTINGUISH command, they drop the hose like they put a wye on it and hook up a new hose, only to spray for a second again, and stop.

Am I supposed to respond a unit to clear the scene similar to the battalion chief responding to structures? Or is it a possible bug on my end? Any help would be great.AND you must take away the forklift if it had the leaking container(s) on it.

That mod is NOT public, it is closed beta. Only the creator can give you copies of it. I would love it too, but sadly I'm not a beta tester.

IF I remember correctly, Itchboy was not happy with how the mod crashes, so he had removed it, with the idea that he was making a MUCH BETTER and STABLE version. I respect Itchboy, and even though I have that old version, I would never share it without his permission.

I'm playing it on an i7-10700, 32GB DDR4, and a GeForce RTX 2070. Modern hardware only really causes me any issues on mods with the traffic problem where you need to fix the traffic signals.

The Northern Alex has done a bunch of videos on Youtube with the creator of the game. Looks very nice. The game creator is a firefighter himself, so he wanted something that is more realistic.

I like to use lots of cops to block off area, hold people out/in the riot area. Then I bring in SWAT and throw 1 or 2 flash bangs and arrest the guy with sign first.

Yeah, that's how I ended up thinking about it. Rescue, Decon, Rehab

AShadowbox, I think I've mostly done what you said, called out the ARFF. But I also start switching FF w/SCBA going in and rotating them thru Decon, and Medics. Needed to get them in to rescue the civilians. My biggest problem is always getting enough cops setup to keep the wandering civilians from entering the area / contaminated civilians from leaving the area, without the cops getting contaminated themselves.

If I missed it here, please forgive me.
I try and do the parking where when I call out a unit I can position them they way I want, following the key binding in the manual, but it doesn't work, it just sends them to the scene. Am I missing something?
I have the Steam version of Em20 if that helps.

edit - got it working now. no idea why
