Hi I need step by step how to install Harbor city 4.0 mod. I can download it but can't get it to unpack w/ 7-zip. I can see the skins etc when I just look at them but when I go to look at them w/ the mod installer there is no single thing to install the whole mod and all the folders are empty as well. I've tried everything I can to get this to work. HELP PLEASE!
