stupid computer virus ate my computer and I lost evrything.....have to start all over with all my stuff

The OS drive makes sense, but the 2ndary drives as long as you have a rescue disk and up to date AV when the primary comes online it should remain isolated and end up quarentined.

Pick up Nod32 Anti-Virus(costs about $30-$40 a year and worth every penny), and Malwarebytes(the free version works fine but wont allow you to set a schedule to scan), and Comodo Firewall. Comodo is pretty much always in the top 3 safest firewalls and its free!
