  1. I'm doing the lights here now! I just made one skin for Meriden mod, so they mentioned me there But Palm View County and Manhattan modification are definitely priority 1 at the moment! By the way... I've nearly got all the lights of FDNY complete! Maybe you'll be able to see some progress soon greetz

  5. thank you! i'm kinda busy with the lights for manhattan mod atm, so there isn't much happening at p.v.c. next up is a bigger map change. i'll adjust the texture for the new fire stations (work on station 3 will also be finished soon). i also decided to reduce the space that currently is just water/ocean and create more living space. ... but what that means in particular is yet a secret greetz rettungstier

  7. oh dds converter can be used for both! i use photoshop to edit my skins and always convert them to bmp or png with dds converter and finally back to dds!

  9. i don't get it oO? you already got that option in the original game. you just need an open house where one of the upper floors is accessible with aerial ladder and a person standing on the "access" window waving for help or someone injured lying there. multiple access points for the ladder on the same building would be something new, but i guess that's hard-coded stuff. .... well you could create a building that consits of two, three or whatever parts (put together side by side maked a whole building) which are all accessible for themselves. then you would actually have a house with multiple floors/apartments accessible. the only issue could be that you'd have to de- and reinstall the ladder for each and every part. greetz rettungstier

  11. If the tow trucks spawn within a casual spawnpoint (entry in the case of emergency vehicles) ... go to -> edit -> map properties -> Entries/Exits. Here you can simply move the right spawnpoint around by pressing and holding down left mouse button. For the case that they spawn within a virtual object (blue boxes) you gotta find that one and move it via the menu -> edit -> VirtualObjects Other parameters are saved in a script, the VO just gives the position where it happens. (last option is how it works in LA Mod - at least for other emergency vehicles) greetz
  12. Go to -> Edit -> SpawnPoints and you can see a list of all the spawn points. If you select on of those you get a list with every vehicle/object that spawns in it. greetz
  13. Hey you guys! I'm working quite hard on the lights and already finished Engine 10, Engine 7, Rescue 1 and finally today ... Ladder 10 !   15. It's me again! Rescue 1 is almost done. I got as close as possible to what I would say is "real", which costs at the moment about ... lights on that truck (nahhh... won't say that already ^^ ). Some minor changes tomorrow, Dyson pleased with the result aaaand... ten truck is next greetz rettungstier
  16. Got half of the lights on Rescue 1 done. ladder 10 will be up next so ten house is complete soon Just a little info ... Engine 10 has 119 lights on it's final version, Rescue 1 will have a even mor greetz rettungstier

  19. @ dyson i think i can make some pretty lights and i do always work with lighting polygons. i'm just not familiar with the lights of new york emergency vehicles :/ most of my lights werr fictional till now. if you had enough video material on that i could give it a try - as long as you would risk that oh, and i would need some sort of deadline. i work better when i'm under pressure. ( that's the paramedic in me) greetz

  21. Did you "assign" your skin to your model by klicking on "assign to selection" or via right klick on model -> properties ?
  22. Easier ... Once in UV Mapping window, klick on "Material..." in the lower left corner and choose your material. solved
  23. Yes I did think about it, but I don't know yet if I'll do it... I've got so much work right now with the new stations. When I got those done I might think about it again. Thank you for those pics but I picked Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue station you posted on page 11 greetz
