There's nothing that I hate more than people who pretend to be someone they are not. Especially people or kids (Particularly online) that try to pass as police officers or firefighters from some big city for no reason but to try and show off their non-existant work/experience.

Everyone needs to calm down. If the Mayans were that good at predicting the future, there would still be Mayans.

Could be. They'd just have to declare that every single ambulance constitutes chinese territory. Then they can get a chinaman to drive it for peanuts.
Or maybe with everyone getting laid off and unable to afford healthcare, the ambulance service might as well be shut down because nobody can afford it.

I'm telling you, Romney is about to turn the middle class into slave labor for the richest.
Then he'll probably try to get people to fight each other with swords and maces for shits and giggles.
-
Romney's like Joaquin Phoenix in Gladiator. Except with a sh*t-eating grin. And he didn't trick people into believing he was a bearded hobo rapper.

Powers out.... I don't care.... Electricity is so overrated.... (Please hurry up electric company....)

Nothing I hate more than people (Kids particularly) who pretend to be firefighters on here, when clearly they aren't. I've got no respect for pretending to be someone working in emergency services.

Agreed, there's no shame in just being interested in emergency services. Pretending to be something you aren't or doing something you didn't do is just sad, and aggravating.
-
Agree with you entirely. Im a firefighter and people thinks its about fires all the time and saying that they been in huge fire and evrything. Ive seen some crazy stuff and not the best things. It takes a lot to be a firefighter.

I loved the time the person said they had a shift coming up and had to split asap but was still online hours later HA HA FAIL

Snooki is going into labor. Guys, grab your backpacks and boots, this is the apocalypse, I'm sure of it.

The alarm on the fire door still works. Love making people testing it to "See if it works." Always does. lol

Gay marriage is legal in 6 states. Having sex with a horse is legal in 23. Good going America.

WOW!!!!!
-
I don't want to live on this planet anymore...
-
It's not so much the whole gay marriage thing that I care about in the statement, it's the fact that having sex with a horse is legal anywhere in America. Having that many states legalizing it compared to how many states legalize gay marriage is just icing on the cake. lol

That was a weird opening ceremony for the olympics, didn't really follow it lol. The part with the rings coming together was cool though. And the torch lighting is always cool too.

Yeah I understood that were showing the history; that was pretty obvious. Starting from grass and showing how it developed, it was just weird.

I'm sorry, maybe it's just me, but does anybody else find a 50 minute call time for ems absolutely ridiculous? It was just a general BLS call too; no ALS or extrication or rescue or anything.
-
in New Sea land, I thought in Piha, it's normal that an ambulance has a ETA between 40 and 60 minutes
-
once a old lady were i lived had to wait an hour and a half for an ambulance because none were available rrv was there but they had leave so left her with her neighbor until the ambo arrived to take her too hospital
-
For different countries or more rural places I could understand that. I work in a more urban place where the is always ems available, whether it's one of our ambulances, a fire department ambulance, a fire engine as a first responder, or a mutual aid ambulance. And we have numerous hospitals within 10 minutes of us. So they must've spent a ton of time on scene. I don't know, compared to call times I've had, for a bls call especially, 50 minutes is pretty ridiculous.
