    You tried restarting the game? Because that has happened to me a few times and it worked after restarting it.

    DDS Converter has never worked that good to me. That's why I always used Photoshop. I've never tried paint.net, but from what I've heard, it is quite good and it's also a freeware.

    What O'Neill said makes sense. That has happened to me a few times already, I usually change the position of the truck and it works. The same thing happens to the Heavy Rescue truck sometimes.

    Nope, That's not what I actually meant, the ambulance could automatically stabilize the wounded person, pick him/her up and put in the ambulance and take him to the hospital.
