To make things seem clearer. Being "Armed Police" means they have weapons training with some type of weapon. They may given some officers standard military battle gear. Unlikely they have 800,000 battle gear for each officer. Plus all officers are spread within China. So you might have a standard smaller number of officers in a area. Plus I didn't see a full-time, part-time, or On-call status for them. Then all may have military but not Swat training.

Your not SWAT a unless you have the training. Giving SWAT training to a very large group cost a lot and time.

I think France and England has a Police force like "Armed Police" in China. But they are not seen as Swat.

Emergency service for nation defense is apply in many police forces. In Japan the Nation Police Force is uses as last defense in a Emergency. That they may have battle equipment for some officers in the department. But they are still normal Police officers.

Unless they every one of them wear a uniform that says SWAT, SAT, SRU, etc. on them. But they are not listed as a SWAT unit any way.

Japan don't get very many shoot outs that needs SAT or SIT to take out a person. If a crime takes place with a Japanese person with a gun? More likely that the person is untrained how to use a gun. Even more likely they would try to do "capture tactics" than "shoot to kill".

But if expert gunmen do enter the nation. The Special Teams would use deadly force.

You should never shoot a guy holding hostages with a gun pointed at a hostage, because when the perp dies all the muscles will tighten and he might pull the trigger

Sometimes that has to happen. If the hostage can't be lure away. And the person with the gun might shoot the hostage when they are at the breaking point.

You might talk for hours and get no where with them. That's when you have to take action and that's why we have Swat Teams to catch them unguarded.

Nice the the 2010 Tokyo Fire Department review. I have to see what changes I would have to make in the future. Don't worry Tokyo Mod will have the realism with it's department. Chidea is doing a fake department and city. But uses real unit from many different departments.

The Rescuer

To clear some things up. The Firefighter who where Orange in Japan. Are really Rescuers. They don't fight fires very much. But their good in rescuing people from dangerous places. They are trained in rescue tactics and have the skills to use many types of equipment. They are treated as a special unit within the department.

It should be possible to make the train go up a hill if you set it as a vehicle. I'm not sure if there is a special path for the train to follow. You should check that. If the train follows it's own path like other vehicles it should be possible to elevate that path and the train would follow it like with normal civilian vehicles.

I never seen any one made a train even turn.

That was me.... But no good answers last time. Also this question is different. This is changing height well the train is moving. not at same level.

Making a map with a train tracks a crossing the map. To solve the problem of a train blocking the road.

Can the train easily change it height while moving? I want to build a over-pass bridge over the tracks.

I wonder if any one mess with the setting with the train before? If you have? Tell me if some things can't be done and could be done.

I really don't have time to mess around with it in editor.

Yeah, I been using the rules... Yet Some time it hard to tell the sizes of a building in map image or in editor. I like less guessing some times.

Your list would help if it has the normal EM4 buildings on it.

With out the water armor unit. You mostly end up getting all your officer hurt or dead. And police have vest and helmets on them. That just seems crazy there in the first place.

I can tell you for sure... All my maps are design to look 95% Japan's road system.

I will submit a video of a finish map in future.

I still think hoppah should get riot shields working that you get extra or no health damage. And able arrest with having a shield.
