Whats One More CTD Topic (crash to desktop)
Stan replied to Buzz2112's topic in Technical Related Support
tot he forum You did not search right at all. If you searched right you would have known that we need the logfile and dxdiag file in order to help you. Then 911 First responders is already patched at version 1.3 this means it has already 3 patches. There will be no further patches as the game works more then fine. So I ain't going to suggest things or to help until I have my files... -
Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium (6.0, Build 6000) (6000.vista_gdr.071023-1545) Language: English (Regional Setting: English) System Manufacturer: Sony Corporation System Model: VGN-FE880E BIOS: Phoenix NoteBIOS 4.0 Release 6.1 Processor: Intel® Core2 CPU T5500 @ 1.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.7GHz Memory: 2038MB RAM Card name: Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family Manufacturer: Intel Corporation Chip type: Intel® GMA 950 DAC type: Internal Display Memory: 224 MB Dedicated Memory: 0 MB Driver Version: 7.14.0010.1295 (English) Driver Date/Size: 6/26/2007 09:53:54, 2555904 bytes You just told me you have the newest drivers, this ain't true for your graphic card: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Des...on&lang=eng Ver:15.8.3.1504 Date:6/26/2008 Yours is a year older and is version 7.... Other things: Disable your antivirus while playing and disable User Account Control UAC. Go to /911 First Responders, right click the directory and give full rights to everyone. If it is read only, make it write and read enabled. If this all doesn't work you can try to play the game on once cpu core. Run the game then hit CTRL ALT DEL right click the proces and change affinities to one core. There ain't more to do... you are using a laptop and It will probably never play 100% correctly if this doesn't work. At the moment much graphic extensions are disabled. This might be due to the fact it's an on board graphic card or due to the old drivers. If you are really lucky, they will work upon graphic drivers update.

Theres a reason why I didnt reply yet... No logfile after crash No dxdiag file Start => run => dxdiag log file is in your first responders directory
-
Please perform a Graphic driver update http://www.sis.com/ Click Support (on the top) Click Driver download (on the left) Click the case then Click I Agree Slect Windows XP, IGP Graphics Drivers and SiS66x/SiS76x & SiS67x Select your location and click download Uninstall the old drivers Reboot Install the new drivers EDIT: The drivers name to uninstall should be: SiS Mirage 3 Graphics
-
lol... !Graphics system: SiS Mirage Graphics3 You ain't going to play a mod with that, right? Upload your DXDIAG file Start => Run (Or Windows + R key) +> DXDIAG => Enter EDIT: Seeing the onboard graphic system I even think it might never run on it
-
The mod installer is not a standalone program, it requires the full verison of emergency 4 to run correctly.

Hi, First of all, update your game to version 1.3 Secondly you could try a graphic drivers update:

You begin work before being allowed?

Topic moved... not LA mod related at all. Please watch where you post, I won't keep moving topics from everyone here

Wrong Take the game shortcut: "C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4 Deluxe\Em4Deluxe.exe" and addition -editor "C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4 Deluxe\Em4Deluxe.exe" -editor Two important things: 1) Before posting, use the search function of this board 2) After having used the search function, think where you post... is this la mod related? no, so wrong place & moved

You've got a nice Alpha police vehicle there
