I wouldn't call HRT a military force as they are a domestic unit. The USA has so many SOCOM units that have so many capabilities, SEALs, Green Berets (They mostly train the populace to fight), Delta, Rangers, MARSOC (Formerly Force Recon), PJ's etc. The US tends to not have one unit for everything but instead a variety of units for a variety of occasions. Frankie the HRT is not a military/SF force. They are not apart of USSOCOM and don't (That I'm aware of, fight foreign forces)

Yeah, last year I worked mostly triceps and biceps but this year I realized that was the stupidest mistake. I came into this year weak in the legs and it really screwed me over in everything except Bench and maybe Deadlift.

Just curious if anyone lifts here. I enjoy it, I'm no Arnold but I enjoy the Olympic lifts, I just can't do cleans for the life of me.

What are you using. Typically to install cars and what not you need Spark IV, a program found at just about every GTA modding site. Then it should be pretty simple once you have the program. Make sure you guys have LCPD:FR by the way.

I love the game, I got it when it first came out but I migrated computers and the company I bought it from won't let me redownload but I'm scrounging money for my second purchase By the way I don't find the AI superhuman there is just a learning curve to the gameplay, then the AI will become somewhat easy. The best part is the editor, you can make any mission to your heart's content. Whether it takes you a minute to create a simple firefight or a few weeks to create a large scale war the editor is simply fantastic.
