Yes,I also liked yellow cause it's more unique.I'll mix the red into 2 of the engines and the ladder,the rest will be the greenish yellow. On another note I did the vintage ambulance today and boy am I glad these are done(takes alot of adjusting too line up the stripes to the roof) and I also turned the umpc charger into a slicktop...

Seeking input....what color do you guys prefer?I like them both and can't decide...

That was my first go at the blue stripe,it was too blue...Finished the Vpd,did the slicktop.

Just wanted to see what they looked like not on a green and black grid...yes I think I will re-do the people too,but that will be last.Just finished the marked Rcmp charger in white and boy it looks so good I might have to make the black unmarked a white slicktop charger...I'll throw a photo on here a bit later in an edit. EDIT-new VPD cv,new RCMP charger,new RCMP van(still touching up vpd cv and may add a vpd slicktop as I don't need 2 rcmp ones...

a little in game shot...each vehicle is a different unit so as you can see I've pretty much skinned the entire la mod police force.

I've done just the 3 pictured so far...might get 4 or 5 done this weekend if all goes well.Did the impala and an rcmp paddy wagon today so just the helicopter is left in the police re-skins.Ambulances are all done except for the big rescue ambulance but I'm gonna include that in the fire part as there was a sweet rescue unit in the link you sent.Slowly nearing completion(can"t wait to play it)I'll post pics as I complete more units....

Just 2 units left in police,gonna turn helicopter into rcmp air one and a VPD cv.Then just a few fire units and maybe a few tech units(mundies or busters)

here's a better example of the dual colors I plan to use... the skin on the engine was messed up a little but it's being fixed,just to give you an idea what the units will look like. re-did both ambulances ones a paramedic and the others an advanced life support unit,also the tahoe and charger....helicopter will follow soon.

Here's the new general duty white rcmp cv's.got 1 or 2 more and the police part of this is done...currently working on the fire units,ambulances are done as B.C. has only the one type.I was thinking about turning one of the ambulances into the VPD paddy wagon(can't arrest anybody but you can pretend a heart attack call is a drunk )I was planning on using nnicos cv"s as they are far superior to the la mod cv"s but none of them have led lightbars and I can't model yet but once I learn I will re-do all these again...

I think I'll re-skin everything first and then put it all together and whoever wants it is more than welcome to have it....I think I will put in a VPD unit or two.I just finished doing a white marked rcmp cruiser,so I'll have a few of those.Just finished the BCAS units and am presently skinning the SFD.Be patient and hopefully I will be done soon,I like fellow GVRD players love to play all the various mods but wanted to play one with local units...I got tired of waiting so I did it myself I'll post a few more units pics as they become completed....

Thanks guys,the ambulance was my first attempt...I had the stripe back and by the time I got the sides up,they didn't line up.(before I started using the line tool).My newer one looks much better,I already started on the tahoe ems. There was one on a call a few weeks ago outside my house and I must say it looked pretty wicked!!!I spent all day coloring the light bars for my LED units and boy do they make them look soooo much better. I'll post a few pics...thanks for the pics and videos askjeeves,was a good reference for the lights

I too am having trouble with the doors and trunk.The skin came out awesome but no doors or trunk,can somebody shed a bit of skinning knowledge my way....any help is greatly appreciated. figured it out !!!all done and they look good for a first attempt...

YSB-good job on your improvements.I,on the other hand,love what you did to the big ambulance and suggest you leave it as is.It takes away the necessity of having 3 different vehicles at an accident....

First post and I must say Dyson thanks for your time and effort to give all the "CHILDREN" here a good mod.I must say all the immaturity and crying from the community and a certain member of your mod(NO CLASS)was uncalled for because they all begged you for the release then quickly turned on you when it wasn't quite ready,but then again some people are mentally challenged.I also agree with CFD,if you got an issue do it privately nobody enjoys being dissed in public.Keep up the good work and do it your way,but I can totally see if you bailed on this sub-mod....most on here the way they acted don't deserve it anyways!!!
