Any one have the full beta light fix? (the one on page 14 is not safe so i can not download it) anyone have one that is safe that will fix the whiteboxes over the lights?

If it doesn't work, then you are doing something wrong.

I'll take a look through the files and see if there is anything that is blatantly wrong. The updated S55 version hasn't been released or tested in multiplayer yet so I don't know if it has a similar problem. All previous updates have not had any problems and that's what the public version is based off of. 

 

After I get the S55 version released, I'll take a look to see if there is anything I can do. Of course all of that would take a back seat to paramedic school

Thanks no rush though we still have the 4.0.4 version to use on multiplayer. Real life comes first! Good luck with paramedic school.

Oh really? I thought it might have just been me and my friend, but it must be something with the mod. Does the 4.0.4 version have the same problems, if you know?

Ok, me and my friend have been trying to play the 4.3 version of this but it just random CTD during the 1st callout. No files have been changed at all nothing added or removed. We tried several times to no avail but it works perfectly fine in SP.

Any suggestions?

Attempt 1 to Download and run Montana Mod.exe: Successful, but I received Chester County Mod (Old version, LA style stations.)

 

Attempt 2 to Download and run Montana Mod.exe: Unsuccessful. Error message says: File not available to download.

 

I'm only wondering if anyone else has tried to run Montana Mod.exe in the past 2 weeks and also had an error saying there is no file to download.

 

I do appreciate your advice BeastlyBill. The files I've downloaded aren't compatible with the patch as i's the old stuff. The new stuff doesn't seem to exist anymore.

i downloaded this mod off Facebook but i did not get the tharus police cars, is this because the one i downloaded is an outdated version or is it because the pics outdated

The version you downloaded from Facebook is a different Boston mod made by BBAILEY298.

EDIT: Sorry how do you update them. I read it wrong, you need to extract all of the corona files (form the RAR file) to Emergncy 4/Data/Textures/Coronas.

And back up your files before you replace anything incase it doesn't work.

The camera is abit of an arse to use, I know this is a beta but in the next version if there is going to be one have the training centre more in the centre of the map instead of at the edge because of the map/camera bounds.

I also came around a glitch, I don't know if anyone else has had it, but after you disconnect the engines from a hydrant with the supply line the vehicle becomes unmoveable, there is a health bar above the vehicle and FF can enter and exit it but you can move it, I made sure that the supply lines and all other hoses are disconnected. But it still can't be moved, I don't know if this is a problem with the engines or the water script.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the missing modfile boxes in the fire stations?

I went into the editor and deleted them, I think its just items from the highrise pack in the Manhattan mod.

Hey everyone, I know I'm probably going to get moaned at for making this topic, but... I didn't want to reply to the East Pierce Sub Mod topic as its years old. Anyway the version for the sub mod in the download section has been corrupted since the forum rollback and I was wondering if anyone had a full working copy of it which they could upload somewhere.

I would appreciate it if anyone who has it can do that for me.

I dont know if anyone else is having trouble with this, but the ladder trucks always look like real shiny? Is there any way to fix this problem? Its happened on every mod I have except for the montana mod. Its not a good looking shiny but it looks almost white.

I think to fix this problem you need to go to your graphic options and turn down the details option. That should fix the shiny ladder truck.

Unfortunately, the patches don't fix the issue. The file I received was Chester County. The file I was expecting to get was Montana. The patch files don't update Chester County, unless I'm doing something way wrong (I'm fairly confident it's not, as the freeplay, station model, and updated brush model etc. Files aren't in either patch.)

Chester County? That's the old Submod version of this. Hmm well if your getting the new station and updated brush truck that is the Montana mod, but the patches should work. Are you sure you are copying the patch files into the right places in the Montana mod folder? If you are then I'm not sure what is going on, if all else fails message Bama he should be able to help you more.

I don't know anything about modding. I was just giving a suggestion/opinion based on realism.

Lol I don't know much either, but I thought it was only FDNY who used them tower ladders, I didn't know Boston used them. Well hopefully both models will be in the mod, that way everybody's happy

 

Standard Version of Manhattan mod has it and the Boston mod.

I know they are, but that's not the point. the model isn't low end friendly because its so HD, I have a good laptop and I get massive lag when that truck is on screen, I can't even play the Manhattan mod because of the HD models. Unless someone makes a SD version I would suggest giving people the opinion to have both, just saying.

When I downloaded (front page of this topic) last week, it have me the old Chester County with 2 stations. Attempted again today and it have me the Montana.exe file. Running this file comes up saying there is no file to download. Is anyone else having that issue? I'll check it again in a few days in case it's something on my end.

You need to download the 2 patch files from the front page aswell for it to work properly. They should be on the front page under the download link.

The one from the Manhattan mod? That tower truck is in loads of mods... Plus its not low end PC friendly with it being so HQ.

That is ok if don't like don't play it!  As far as the lights. Sorry no I will not be making any changes to the lights. You might want to invest in a better graphics card or computer good luck. 

Lol that was the only thing I didn't like about the mod everything else I love. Hope you can do more updates in the future.
