Alright Thanks for letting me know. Man if i know how to script ill hop right on it but i dont hey maybe somebody will make a submod or something but probably not but thanks for the reply
Some of the upcoming submods will have stations like that:
-Emergency! Submod
-LA Restoration Submod
-OMO Submod
and Probably many others

Will the light be that constant red light or will it flash somewhat

Or if it gets really bad call a Fire Plane to do a water drop on the severe areas, which actually is realistic because california has wildfires all the time.

Will the characters for Station 51 be specific to the ones from the show? This probably wouldnt be too hard to do just make the personell models and make assign them to Engine and Squad 51 then just have a generic LACoFD units for the other stations. Also will there be any new missions such as that fire in the Highrise towards the end of the series. Or the Warehouse fire in the first episode. Anyway this submod could be the best yet!

This may have already been answered but I didnt feel like scrolling through dozens of pages so... Will the problems with units not leaving station 3 and the hazmat at station 2 be fixed? Also is there going to be an all new map?

Do you plan on doing some of the special units that only came to a few calls and what will happen if one of the units gets destroyed at a fire. Also will the medical bag work just like in LA Mod or will it be more advanced.

Well yeah, i have done that, i want to keep the new engines and ambos, and get the old engines also. So there would be the old reserve, als engine, and bls engine
Oh then you should download the 4x4 Submod then copy all files that way in Station 1 you would get both.

Is there a way that i can have the new and old units, or maybe just the new and old fire trucks? If so, how do i do it?
If you just copy the new files into LA Mod 2.0 folder you will have all units except for the Engines, Ambo, Brush, and Chief but for PD all new and old units will be there.

Sorry for long delay but hopefully work will resume soon. This mod is NOT dead.

Its probably a good idea to ask, but will the mod be in English? Or multiple languages?

FFW TUT, do you need any 3D models? Either for your Environmental buildings, or even Trucks (not too good with cars though). Ive got a lot of freetime now, and would love to make some models for you

Do you mean the fire alarms at the stations like when you open freeplay on LA mod you hear beep beep? I mean with a fire captain calls over the radio and says 2nd alarm fire and then dispatch sends out for that alarm 3 Engines, 2 Ladders and a Bus(ambulance For those who don't speak city )
For this I hope to just have it where you call each individual unit.

Another question, will you have first alarms, and so on or will it be like the LA mod where you call each unit by one? I know Alarms have more scripting, but they are much simpler to understand and it makes it more realistic.
I hope we can have it so that the Tones go off and the siren at the station activates and then have FF's come in POV vehicles.

I think we need to keep in mind that we still need a scripter who is capable of these things before we make any promises...
I didnt think we need a scripter for that. I thought in the editor you select what units ride in what vehicles. But with the way we do it we will need some scripts to make the units come to the station and put gear on.

Are you going to have fire captins on the fire trucks or just a district chief? just wondering....
Captains will ride on the Trucks, and will probably have the same commmands as regular FF's plus some and the Chiefs will ride in Command 1 and POV cars.

So whats the whole idea of this? Is it to have the civ cars cooperate with sirens and pull over?

i guess it would be it is another 20 commands that could be added to the battalion chief window. it could probably be cut do to about 10 to 15 commands. R.I.T. Response would just have to change the scripting on the light force command on the la mod.
This is a completely new modification not a Submod of the LA Mod so the Battalion Chief commands probably wont even work like that.

Oh yes. So you guys are now working on lighting. Are the models pretty much done?
Just the PD units we still have to do most FD and EMS Units

Has anyone found the files they can re-upload somewhere?!
My old hard drive has failed, not on a clean install, trying to get everything back to how i had it before. If anyone has the files they could send over or up load that would be much appreciated!

We have a scripter I was speaking on my knowledge not his. He, our mapper, and USman are working on that portion of the mod.
